NEW SCOTLAND -- A 32-year-old trash worker was seriously injured Tuesday morning when he was pinned between his garbage truck and a passing car, Albany County Sheriff's deputies said.
Timothy Sprung of Berne was listed in fair condition late Tuesday at Albany Medical Center Hospital, where a spokeswoman said he was being treated for multiple injuries.
